EDGE was founded in 2022 with a clear vision: to transform professional development from theoretical training into practical, actionable learning that creates immediate impact. We recognized a gap in the training industry – too many programs were focused on theoretical concepts without addressing real-world implementation.

Starting with a small team of dedicated learning specialists, we crafted our first corporate training programs for the Healthcare sector. Our approach was simple but powerful: understand the specific challenges professionals face in their industries, design targeted learning experiences, and ensure practical application.

Riaz Ahmed is a passionate trainer, educationist, and motivational speaker with over 30 years in science education and more than 20 years in Learning & Development. He has trained over 5,000 professionals across hospitals, universities, and NGOs in Pakistan and internationally—including the USA, United Arab Emirates (Dubai), Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, and Uzbekistan.

From delivering keynote sessions at top universities to providing hands-on training for healthcare professionals, his goal has always been to empower individuals with the skills to lead, communicate, and grow. His approach combines academic knowledge with practical insights, ensuring that all EDGE programs deliver real-world value.
